The club was founded in 1913 by Captain W. Riley-Smith and laid down the ground in the parkland surrounding his home. The club was maintained privately until he died in 1954. Since 1955 it has been registered as a club The club now has two polo grounds, the second one was constructed by the Haigh family in 1992 |
